Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to provide customized
bookkeeping and bill-paying services for high-net-worth individuals
and small to medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, receivables, and journal entries
Generate month-end client reports and reconcile accounts
Handle confidential information with discretion while managing
multiple clients
Required Qualifications
Certified Bookkeeper (or similar) preferred
3+ years of directly related experience
Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, QBO, and Quicken (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in online/offline bill pay
