Join a team dedicated to helping dogs and handlers reach their full potential. Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) . Requirements Key Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Receivable : prepare monthly customer reports, process ACH payments, and follow up on past-due accounts Perform Accounts Payable tasks: verify invoices, gather approvals, and ensure timely payments Update financial records using accounting software Gather and input payroll-related expenses Provide general accounting and administrative support Assist in preparing reports for management, including analytical summaries Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems Conduct research and gather background data for projects Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial documents Provide administrative support to the CEO and other leaders as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related field Strong skills in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) Bilingual Korean/English preferred Reliable transportation (onsite role) Self-motivated and energetic work ethic Benefits Benefits Competitive pay starting at $69,000/year 100% employer-paid Medical and Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Vacation
