Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Payroll Manager to join our team on a contract basis
for a 2-3 month engagement. This position is based in Lakewood,
Colorado, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to
payroll operations for a large organization. The ideal candidate
will bring expertise in payroll management, including multi-state
and high-volume payroll processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee and
manage full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with company policies and regulations. • Administer
multi-state payroll for over 500 employees, addressing unique
state-specific requirements. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process
payroll efficiently and resolve any system-related issues. • Ensure
compliance with payroll-related tax laws, labor regulations, and
reporting requirements. • Prepare and review payroll reports,
identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. •
Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll inquiries and
provide timely solutions. • Maintain accurate payroll records and
documentation, adhering to confidentiality standards. • Lead
payroll audits and ensure all procedures align with industry best
practices. • Monitor and implement changes in payroll regulations
to maintain compliance. • Train and support payroll staff to
enhance operational efficiency.• Proven experience in managing
full-cycle payroll operations, including multi-state payroll. •
Expertise in handling payroll for large organizations with over 500
employees. • Strong proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other
payroll systems. • CPP (Certified Payroll detail oriented)
designation preferred. • Deep knowledge of payroll laws, tax
regulations, and reporting standards. • Ability to manage sensitive
information with a high degree of confidentiality. • Excellent
organizational and analytical skills to identify and resolve
payroll discrepancies. • Effective communication skills to
collaborate across departments and address employee concerns.
