Job Description:

This position is responsible for addressing the AHCP administrative needs of various departments, as assigned.Responsibilities and Duties:* Photocopying/scanning/faxing sensitive documents* Providing student support for technical and academic issues* Handles telephone communication for the department as needed* Drafts letters of correspondence to students and various organizations as required* Records and drafts minutes of various staff and program meetings* Maintaining student academic files and clinical documents and ensuring compliance according to the respective accrediting body.* Scheduling clinical orientations, pre-clinical requirements and student travel* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; creating purchase orders; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.* Data entry and collection and report updates as requested* Ensures excellent customer service and professionalism to all current students, prospective students and coworkers in all departments at all times* Special projects as needed* Performs other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Detailed orientated* Able to listen and follow direction(s)* Able to work independently* Knowledge of Microsoft applications* Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions* Excellent computer skills including typing, mail merge and spreadsheetsCredentials and Experience:* High School Degree or GED required, Associate's Degree or higher a plus* 2 or more years of administrative experience preferredPowered by JazzHRdoIK7Bg0iX
