• Interview Maestro - Schedule phone screens, virtual chats, and in-person interviews like a pro. You'll be the go-to for making sure everyone's in the right place at the right time.
• Agency Ally - Partner with staffing agencies to keep the temp hiring process flowing like a breeze.
• ATS Wizardry - Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date and humming. You'll be the keeper of candidate statuses and job postings.
• Admin Extraordinaire - From compiling recruitment metrics to maintaining docs, you'll keep our team organized and on point.
• Process Pro - Work with our Talent Acquisition Partners to make our processes even better. Got ideas? We're all ears!What You Bring to the Table:
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, or admin support (bonus points for healthcare experience!)
  • Microsoft Office Suite? Smartsheet? You're fluent.
  • Stellar communication skills - written, verbal, emoji
  • Detail-obsessed and multitasking master
