(Franchise) Project Coordinator What you will do The Project
Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and project
support to the Associate Vice President (AVP) and GM for Marketing
and Sales- Otezla. This position requires a proactive,
detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and
communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. The coordinator will play a key role in managing
day-to-day operations, supporting departmental needs, maintaining
accurate rosters and organizational tools, and executing key
administrative and communication functions across the Otezla team
which includes close partnership with field and home office across
both Derm and Rheum areas. Responsibilities Include: Executive
Reporting & Communication Support: Draft and edit executive-level
communications and announcements that impact the broader Marketing
and Sales organization. Develop and maintain briefing documents and
pre-read packets tailored for stakeholder meetings, business
reviews, and field communications. Collaborate with cross
functional teams across both Derm and Rheum and synchronize
internal messaging and drive unified support across marketing,
cross functional and sales teams. Executive Calendar & Workflow
Optimization: Lead calendar optimization for the AVP and
Marketing/Sales leadership, prioritizing stakeholder engagement,
cross-functional visibility, and time management across time zones.
Serve as liaison between senior leadership, sales managers, and
internal support functions (eg. V&A, PAR, HR, Finance,
Operations), facilitating rapid execution of priorities and
minimizing workflow bottlenecks. Sales Operations Program
Management: Drive the execution and continuous improvement of key
sales administrative processes including territory alignment,
headcount tracking, and FRN validation, ensuring alignment across
Derm and Rheum. Manage and maintain cross-functional rosters,
headshots, org charts, and address books, enabling operational
accuracy and readiness across the salesforce. Closely partner with
sales planner to ensure smooth transition and coordination of
headcount movements, LOAs, onboarding/offboarding activities, and
FRN corrections, including across HR, Sales Ops, and Field
Leadership. Oversee logistics and content delivery for key
field-facing programs such as the National Sales Meeting (NSM) and
department-wide communications. Partner across GMM and Sales Force
Effectiveness to plan, organize and execute Chairman Circle.
Strategic Project & Meeting Coordination: Coordinate
executive-level and cross-functional meetings including agenda
creation, briefing materials, deck production, presenter
coordination, and follow-up on action items for strategic
discussions and business reviews. Liaise with sales planner to
coordinate and assist with AVP-level engagement activities
including All-Staff events, team building, and recognition
programs. Track and manage executive and organizational priorities
by reporting on project milestones, anticipating resource needs,
and escalating operational gaps to leadership. Plan and maintain
all administrative aspects of the Chairman Circle Event including
communication cascade, attendee distribution lists, and calendar
management. This role will also liaise with hotel and vendor
partners to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience for
executives and winners experience. Coordinate across multiple
functions to support the necessary administrative tasks to
transition from a commercially promoted product Employee Experience
& Field Integration: Track applicable milestone for field based
teams and help sales planner when necessary for refining the
onboarding journey for field-based hires, initiating tech/system
setup, sending onboarding kits, and driving early engagement via
Yammer and Teams. Partner with commercial operations to ensure
seamless access to portals, Concur, TAR, Vision, and eStore;
troubleshoot onboarding gaps and escalate as needed. Coordinate
cross-functional communications to ensure field readiness,
personalized welcome communications, and accurate contact/resource
documentation. Collaboration Platforms & Knowledge Management:
Maintain MS Teams environments for all major commercial
channelsorganizing files, decks, photos, NSM materials, and channel
permissions. Implement file management best practices across
digital platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Box) ensuring easy access to
business-critical documents, while archiving legacy content for
compliance and historical value. What we expect of you We are all

these qualifications. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree OR
Associates degree and 4 years of administrative experience OR High
school diploma / GED and 6 years of administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications Experience working large matrix
organizations 4 years of experience in an administrative support
role supporting large teams at different levels Managing multiple
calendars including coordination across multiple time zones
Experience working across organizations, including in partnered
programs Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in
communicating key business and clinical information Advanced
knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
(i.e. word processing, presentations, and spreadsheet skills) MS
Teams, Sharepoint, and the expense management systems Experience
providing administrative support to remote staff Outstanding
organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Discretion in dealing with

range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted.
Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not
limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. In
