$90,000 - $120,000 per year Requirements: Architectural degree
Proficiency with Autocad/Revit Understanding of construction
documentation and detailing Interest in historic preservation and
restoration of buildings We are seeking a passionate and
detail-oriented Architectural Preservation Associate to join a
specialized design and consulting division within a historic
construction company. This role is ideal for someone who values
architectural heritage, and the opportunity to work on some of the
most iconic historic projects in California. Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including
architectural plans and detailed drawings. Conduct building surveys
and material assessments onsite. Construction administration:
Coordinate submittals and respond to RFIs. Collaborate closely with
preservation professionals and project teams. Support the
development of historic preservation reports and documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (licensure not
required) 5 years of relevant experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and
Revit. Strong understanding of construction documentation and
detailing. Ability to work onsite in Pomona, CA. Interest in
historic preservation and rehabilitation. Preferred Skills:
Experience writing historic reports. Familiarity with MS Office.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. A desire to grow
within the field of architectural preservation.
