Job Description Job Description Construction Project Manager - Heavy Civil Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and experience in heavy civil projects, along with expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, grading, concrete, sitework, roadways, and utilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives. Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders. Manage project risks and resolve issues that arise during the project. Ensure timely procurement and management of materials and resources. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in heavy civil projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, grading, concrete, sitework, roadways, and/or utilities. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
