and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team in
City of Industry, California. In this Contract to permanent
position, you will play a vital role in ensuring client
satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and
maintaining positive relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced

you to apply. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via
phone and email with professionalism and clarity. • Assist in
resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary. •
Support the collections process, with training provided as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and
meet customer needs. • Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer
requests. • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates
and necessary information. • Contribute to a positive team
environment by sharing insights and feedback. • Uphold company
standards and policies in all interactions.• Minimum of 1-2 years
of experience in customer service or a related field. • Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in
handling customer inquiries via phone and email. • Ability to learn
and assist with collections processes. • Bilingual in Chinese is
preferred but not required. • Detail-oriented with the ability to
manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with call
center operations is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
