waxing services, including but not limited to body waxing, facial
waxing, and other related services. Maintain the highest level of
cleanliness and hygiene standards during all client interactions.
Build lasting relationships with clients by providing a
personalized and comfortable experience, fostering trust and
loyalty. Actively contribute to revenue growth through upselling
additional services and retail products. Work collaboratively with
the team to uphold our studio's reputation for excellence and
create memorable client experiences. Ensure adherence to all studio
protocols, including scheduling and proper product usage. Stay
updated on the latest waxing techniques and trends to consistently
deliver top-tier results. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of
2-year experience in professional waxing services. Current
California esthetician or cosmetology license required. Proven
track record of building strong client relationships and driving
repeat business. Detail-oriented with exceptional precision and
efficiency in service delivery. Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude with a commitment to
continuous learning and growth. Professional, polished appearance
