at VeSync: 1. End-to-End Product Design • Drive the design of user
flows, interfaces, and interactions across app, wearable, and web
platforms. • Own the user experience design from discovery through
launch. • Translate user insights, research findings, and product

Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to ensure
design decisions balance value, usability, feasibility, and
viability. • Deliver design assets that reflect clarity,
accessibility, and brand consistency. • Rapidly prototype and
iterate concepts using real user feedback and data. 2. Design
Systems & Scalable Practices • Establish scalable patterns,
components, and reusable assets to accelerate design execution. •
Improve design tooling, documentation, and workflows to support
team efficiency. • Define and document design principles that
reflect the brand, mission, and product values. • Ensure design
decisions support product scalability, consistency, and long-term
maintenance. 3. Collaboration & Influence • Partner with User
Research to integrate consumer insights throughout the product
lifecycle. • Collaborate with Wellness Researchers to translate
scientific insights into human centered interactions. • Present
work to stakeholders with clarity, empathy, and data-informed
rationale, connecting design decisions to user and business
outcomes. • Advocate for user needs, accessibility, and design
excellence across product, engineering, and business teams. •
Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure a
unified product narrative. • Mentor and support junior designers,
elevate team craft, and foster a culture of design critique,
storytelling, and collaboration. What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or
equivalent experience). 6–10 years of experience in UX or product
design, ideally in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer tech.
Proven experience designing end-to-end digital experiences from
research synthesis through pixel-perfect execution. Ability to
design for multiple platforms (mobile, web, wearable). Expertise in
information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and
systems thinking. Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of design systems, design tokens, and
component-driven design. Excellent visual design skills, with
attention to detail, accessibility, and inclusivity. Experience
collaborating with product, research, and engineering teams.
Preferred Skills Familiarity with behavioral design, habit loops,
or motivational UX principles. Experience with rapid prototyping,
