Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialized
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support
a dynamic elementary school program serving students with moderate
to profound disabilities. This role requires advanced expertise in
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, including
programming and customization to meet diverse student needs.
Location: Anaheim, CA (on-site) Elementary school setting within a
large, collaborative SLP team Duration: Contract through June 5,
2026 Immediate start preferred Key Responsibilities: Provide
individualized speech-language therapy services to elementary
students utilizing AAC devices Manage and program a variety of AAC
devices to optimize communication for students with complex needs
Collaborate closely with a team of three SLPs and two SLP
assistants in a specialized CONNECTIONS program Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reporting in compliance with educational
standards Qualifications and Experience: Valid California SLP
license and appropriate education credentials Certification of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Proven experience working with
AAC devices, including programming and troubleshooting various
systems Ability to support students with moderate to profound
disabilities in an educational setting Strong communication,
teamwork, and organizational skills for effective program
