Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based physical therapy opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist in Anaheim, CA. This full-time, contract position runs from August 13, 2026, to November 15, 2026, providing in-person services throughout multiple school locations. The role involves itinerant work within a cluster of school sites, requiring travel during the school day. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across multiple campuses Conduct assessments and evaluations Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educational teams Manage caseload effectively while traveling between assigned schools Ensure compliance with state and district requirements for service delivery Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist license for the state of California Ability to obtain required fingerprints and clearances for state, district, and agency Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during school hours Experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred Teaching credential status pending confirmation; updates will be provided when available Location and Schedule: Based in Anaheim, California, serving multiple schools within the district Full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week Itinerant role requiring travel between campuses during the school day Benefits of this role include working with a dynamic student population in a school setting and the opportunity to significantly impact students' educational and physical development.
