A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Software Engineer
II.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain bioinformatics data pipelines using Nextflow
and Python
Implement cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS services for
efficient data processing
Refactor existing pipelines to improve performance,
maintainability, and scalability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, computer science, or related
discipline
At least 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong proficiency with Python programming and Linux
environments
Experience with Nextflow or similar workflow management systems
Familiarity with AWS cloud services
