Assistant Account Manager will take on the management of key client
projects. Assistant Account Manager responsibilities include
delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
JOB DESCRIPTION Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the
flawless execution of Ensure that all projects are delivered
on-time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed
project plan to monitor and track progress. Create and maintain
comprehensive project documentation including managing changes to
the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using
appropriate tools and techniques. Monitor compliance to applicable
codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards,
specifications, federal and state regulations. Measure project
performance using appropriate tools and techniq Report and escalate
to management as Successfully manage the relationship with the
client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize
project risks. Establish and Maintain Relationships with third
parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation. Cooperate and communicate effectively with a
multinational team under demanding timelines. COMPETENCIES Strong
organizational skills including attention to detail and
multi-tasking skills. Excellent client-facing and internal
communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication
skills Position entails creative thinking and ability to shift
gears quickly. Decision making, Leadership, thoroughness and always
with customer/client focus. Proficient in English and Mandarin WORK
ENVIRONMENT This position works in a professional office
environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here
are representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally
required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel
objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb

25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include
close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
and the ability to adjust focus. POSITION TYPE This is a full-time
position. TRAVEL Occasional travel REQUIRED EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in engineering 1-2 years of proven
working experience as a project engineer in a production
environment Ability to execute multi-disciplinary projects
requiring cross functional teams within the company. Decision
making ability and leadership skills. Time management and
organization skills DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in
Heavy Duty and/or EV automotive industry Experience with rules,
regulations, best practices and performance standards in Heavy Duty
and/or EV automotive industry Experience with design verification
planning and reporting on components/systems. Demonstrated problem
solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and countermeasure
identification skills related to vehicle systems. Working knowledge
of: FMEA, 8D problem solving, Six Sigma, DFM/DFA and Lean
