The Types of Things You’ll Do Business Systems Analyst is a broad role with an extensive opportunity space. Each intern will have their unique mission refined before the start date, after an offer is extended and accepted. Here are some of the value adds you’ll be working on: Collecting data components related to First American technology and business operations while learning about the business. Collaborating with product and technical stakeholders to elicit and gather information related to the business components and financial aspects of the technology portfolio. Reviewing, analyzing, and assessing the company’s technical portfolio. Distilling information and helping to draw conclusions that will help leaders and key stakeholders make decisions. Assisting with the creation of architecture artifacts, including business capability maps, process diagrams, relational models, etc. Approaching problems with an "AI-first" mindset and desire to grow in the space. Basic Qualifications : Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university. Majoring in business, technology, or a related field is preferred. Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships. Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2026 and ending in August/September 2026. What’s in it for you? Extended Opportunities: Possibility of continuing part-time with our work study internship program or joining our First American team as a full-time early career hire. $40.00 - $45.00 hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
