We have an excellent opportunity available for a General Manager. The successful candidate will manage day to day operations in our multi-million dollar location. Responsibilities: Develop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the branch.
Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques.
Work as a liaison with various Home Office representatives..
Coach and mentor team of service professionals to provide quality in-home service.
Create goals and objectives for management team to assume added responsibility.
Total P&L responsibility.
Requirements: Energetic leader to be a mentor with a strong team orientation
Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills
Proven track record of increasing sales through creative and innovative sales techniques
Three to five years' General Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, and other related fields is desired
A minimum Associates' Degree in business or related field is strongly preferred.
