Integration Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of data, software, and implementation
engineers
Collaborate with delivery engineering teams to enhance data
integration quality and scalability
Establish a technical vision for the data platform and oversee
engineering projects from start to finish
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software implementation and engineering
with complex datasets
5+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams of
20+
Technical expertise in data storage, query, ETL orchestration, and
AI/ML pipelines
Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder
management
Strong process orientation with experience in project management
methodologies
