Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of HRIS (Workday).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of analysts and specialists in HRIS
functions
Develop and implement a global People Technology and Systems
strategy aligned with business needs
Ensure system compliance with global data security and privacy
requirements while overseeing system functionality and
integrations
Required Qualifications
B.A./B.S. in Business, Human Resources, or related field or
equivalent work experience
At least seven (7) years of experience in people systems, with
three (3) years supporting Workday
Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role
Experience managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with
various stakeholders
Proven record of handling sensitive data and maintaining data
security
