Target Annual Base Pay: $66,000-$74,000 (DOE)
Hourly Equivalent: $23.00-$26.00/hour (Based on a 50-hour workweek: 40 regular / 10 overtime)*

Luna Grill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bench General Manager to serve as a key leader across multiple locations. In this role, you'll step in to lead and support restaurant operations wherever needed-ensuring seamless execution, mentoring future GMs, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.As a Bench GM, you are an adaptable, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help build the next generation of Luna Grill leaders.Why Join the Luna Grill Family?Competitive base salary + quarterly performance bonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) and additional benefitsDayforce Wallet - On-Demand Pay AccessCareer advancement in a growing companyGenerous employee discounts and more!What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day operations at assigned locations with professionalism and positivitySupport team hiring, onboarding, training, and performance developmentCoach and develop high-performing teams and emerging leadersUphold Luna Grill's service and food quality standardsDrive operational consistency and team accountabilityHandle personnel decisions including promotions, terminations, and transfers (with appropriate approvals)Fill in as acting GM when needed and mentor leadership teams across multiple storesListen to team member input and implement suggestions to enhance service and efficiencyFoster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team cultureLUN-A-TIC Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (strong FOH & BOH knowledge preferred)Proven experience in a supervisory or multi-unit support role (3+ years strongly preferred)Exceptional leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented, organized, and committed to food safety and cleanliness standardsProficient in Microsoft Office and POS systemsBilingual in English/Spanish a plusMust be flexible to travel between locations and serve where support is most neededAbout Luna Grill:
