Job Description:
A company is looking for a Grants Manager who will oversee the
full grant lifecycle and ensure effective grant management and
compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new grant funding prospects that align with
the organization's mission
Manage all aspects of awarded grants, including compliance,
reporting, and funder stewardship
Develop and submit timely and accurate reports to funders,
demonstrating program impact and financial accountability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Writing, Nonprofit Management,
Public Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of nonprofit grant writing, grant management, or
development experience
Experience working with both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) funding is
preferred
A background in fundraising strategy and donor relations is
preferred
Familiarity with North Carolina's political and nonprofit landscape
is preferred
