A company is looking for a Growth Manager (Creator
Campaigns).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute public fundraising campaigns and manage the full
lifecycle of partnership campaigns
Develop compelling donor-facing content and manage its distribution
across various channels
Initiate marketing experiments to accelerate growth and measure
campaign performance against KPIs
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields such as
product management or program management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple workstreams
Demonstrated alignment with organizational values and
competencies
Skilled in analytical problem solving with a structured approach to
ambiguous problems
Strong, succinct communication skills in writing and
presentation
