A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics -
Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute
strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational performance
Conduct analyses of organizational performance, implement
strategies for improvement, and establish performance goals
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment and
delivering actionable insights
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in an analytics-related role within a
fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Demonstrated finance (P&L) knowledge
Advanced Excel data modeling skills
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
Power BI)
