Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Operations
Manager to lead enrollment strategies for a growing payer
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enrollment processes for group and
individual/family plans, ensuring compliance with regulations
Build and manage an enrollment team, establishing operational
procedures and training programs
Monitor enrollment metrics and manage relationships with
stakeholders, ensuring accurate processing of enrollment
transactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing group enrollment
processes and 2 years in Individual/Family Plan enrollment
At least 2 years of experience in member/provider call center
operations
Proven track record in healthcare operations, preferably with
health plan or CAPS products
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and enrollment management
systems
