Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with
brand vision and business objectives
Oversee the creation of high-quality content assets and maintain a
consistent brand voice
Lead a team of content editors, providing guidance and fostering
professional development
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in content creation, with at least 3 years
in a leadership role
Strong track record in developing content for healthcare
communication initiatives
Proven strategic thinking abilities in content planning and
execution
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring
teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a
related field; a Master's degree is a plus
