Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team to execute and analyze email marketing campaigns and
build self-service reports
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns with
accurate messaging and branding
Monitor segment growth and identify gaps in the marketing funnel to
support long-term business goals
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in marketing operations with evidence of
campaign improvement
Significant people management experience, preferably in a marketing
operations environment
Experience with Salesforce CRM, including reporting and dashboard
creation
Familiarity with marketing automation software and ABM tools such
as Marketo
Advanced Excel skills for manipulating large data sets
