Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager, EPMO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Workday implementation program and manage complex
organizational integration projects
Oversee project management processes, ensuring alignment with
organizational strategy and goals
Conduct regular program reviews and produce executive dashboards to
monitor project deliverables
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of eight years of experience in Project and Program
Management across the full project lifecycle
Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional
matrix environment required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required;
Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
Advanced proficiency with project management software and Microsoft
Office required
