A company is looking for a Director, Virtual Physician Partner
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all activities within the Virtual Physician Partners (VPP)
organization
Manage and mentor a distributed team, ensuring operational
excellence and adherence to protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance VPP services
and maintain physician partner satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8+ years as a medical scribe or equivalent experience, including 2+
years in oncology
3+ years of supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; additional education such as
an MPH or MBA recommended
Experience managing a distributed team in clinical roles
Proven track record in developing and executing training and
quality programs
