Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution
of a critical health information exchange platform upgrade.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an integrated schedule among the selected platform vendor
and downstream clients and vendors
Ensure structured delivery by leveraging core PMI processes and
artifacts
Engage directly with the State of Vermont and vendor partners
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in the full SDLC lifecycle for large-scale,
vendor-driven systems implementation projects
Proficiency in working with FHIR data and interoperability
standards
Exposure to clinical data and patient/provider systems delivery
PMP certification required
