POSITION SUMMARYSony Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking a
Senior Manager, E - commerce Product Management , to support the
launch of a new business incubated within SCA. We have embarked on
a journey to fulfill Sony ' s creative entertainment vision by
developing an engagement platform that spans contextual
personalization, payments, search , and content discovery,
acquisition technology, subscription management, developer
experience, and account identity system.In this role, you will be
responsible for designing e-commerce products that are meaningful
to our customers, easy to use, and of the highest quality. You will
have the opportunity to work with a talented and highly
collaborative organization of engineers, data analysts, marketers,
and product managers to create a best-in-class product experience
for our customers.This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 2
days in person at the LA, San Mateo, or San Diego office.JOB
RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the product lifecycle:
- Lead the product lifecycle by p artner ing with Business,
Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to understand
customers' needs and translate them into compelling product
offerings.
- Work with engineering to develop best-in-class customer
experience and collaborate with the Data Analytics team to define
how we measure success.Roadmap Planning and Prioritization:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that
balances customer needs, business goals, and technological
advancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and
business teams to prioritize and execute initiatives
effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with vendors and
internal stakeholders - including software engineers, designers,
operations, marketing, business, and customer support teams.
- Work closely with these teams to ensure successful product
launches, resolve issues, and gather feedback for continuous
improvement.Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends,
evaluate competitor offerings , and develop strategies to
differentiate our services.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies,
and regulatory changes.Customer Satisfaction:
- Advocate for the customer by ensuring that product decisions
and enhancements are driven by customer insights .
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction, conduct user
testing, and gather feedback to improve product offerings .

outlined aboveQUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONYour qualifications and
experience should include:
- 8+ years in product management, consumer and/or enterprise
businesses in the media and technology industry.
- Proven track record of launching products from design to
delivery in a large corporate environment with a start-up
pace.
- Success with delivering highly available , resilient, and
responsive services, API, and experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional environment
across multiple time zones .
- A systems thinker, capable of identifying issues, understanding
linkages , and brainstorming revolutionary solutions.
- A strong communicator who can articulate viewpoints , engage in
fact-based discourse, collaborate, compromise, and bridge gapsIn

$160,000 to $175,000. In addition to the annual base salary, this
role has an annual bonus target of 17%. This range does not include

depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable,
the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position,
years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of
education attained, certifications or other professional licenses
held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from
