Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Program Analyst to
support manufacturer programs and therapies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate patient status information and collaborate with
internal teams to expedite patient processing
Serve as the primary contact for manufacturer field
representatives, MD offices, and patients regarding assigned
orders
Lead regular calls with manufacturers and identify strategies to
address potential shipment delays
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in Specialty
Pharmacy
Pharmacy Technician License and National Pharmacy Technician
Certification preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Experience working with diverse customer bases, including
manufacturers and healthcare providers
Ability to manage urgent and non-urgent issues effectively in a
fast-paced environment
