  Job Description:
  • Weekend Requirements: Must work two weekends per 4 weeks.
  • 2-year acute care hospital inpatient Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews, must be current experience within the last 6 months.
  • Hardstop requirements: Knowledge of InterQual and Epic. Special Procedures/Unit Details:
  • Admission Criteria (InterQual) - (ED only).
  • Experience with HMOs, IPAs, etc.
  • Experience with Assessing patients, Care Coordination, and Discharge Planning.
  • 2-year acute care Hospital inpatient Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews.
    License & Certification:
    • BLS (AHA)
