Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Associate to
support clients with financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and
cardholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Provide an exceptional customer experience through active listening
and effective communication
Support multiple product lines and participate in training to
enhance career growth and compensation
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the state of Nebraska
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role within
a Call Center or Financial Services environment
Ability to maintain a quiet and secure working environment for
effective call management
High School diploma or equivalent
Internet connectivity requirements including Ethernet connection
with specific speed thresholds
