Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter who
will work on a remote or hybrid schedule at our office in
Alhambra.
ApolloMed (NASDAQ: AMEH) is a technology-powered healthcare

patients in a cost-effective manner.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned:
- Understand our current and near-term talent needs and help
define the necessary criteria for those positions, especially
within the Strategic Initiatives team and with a focus on
data-driven, analytical, and technical roles.
- Build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline through methodical and
proactive research and sourcing for candidates
- Develop plans to strategically complete open requisitions
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to
interviews, offers and closing candidates, ensuring excellent
candidate experience and high offer acceptance rates for
candidates
- Act as a company ambassador and effectively communicate
ApolloMed's mission, values, and culture
- Help candidates understand their potential impact and value to
our organization
- Proactively contribute to improving recruiting at ApolloMed by
challenging the status quo and constantly working to improve the
scalability, efficiency, and speed of our processes

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus
on strategic initiatives recruiting, technical recruiting, strategy
& operations recruiting, or similar
- Strong healthcare background and technical knowledge (ability
to understand and speak about our tech stack, data infrastructure,
operational complexity, etc.)
- Professional and versatile when sourcing, assessing, pitching,
and closing a candidate
- Exceptional project management skills, independent
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and
ability to collaborate with others
- Strong comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience defining and executing sourcing
strategies
- Track record for successfully identifying and engaging
exceptional talent
- Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels
(web, social/professional networks, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HR and immigration laws that apply to
recruiting
- Interest in learning about the healthcare industry, and desire
to be part of a rapidly scaling team
