Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator - EMEA (French and
English-speaking) based in France.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support for employee matters
throughout the employee life cycle
Assist in the onboarding process and ensure new hires are enrolled
in benefit programs and payroll systems
Manage HRIS audits, payroll reporting, and ensure compliance with
employee documentation and terminations
Required Qualifications
Degree level education in Human Resources or a minimum of 2 years
of experience in a comparable HR role
Experience managing highly confidential information and handling
high volumes of work
Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
effectively
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
