Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Program Trainer to provide
training and support for mental health programs serving military
members and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-the-job and virtual training for counselors and
specialty consultants
Conduct critical incident and duty to warn trainings
Analyze training status reports to ensure compliance with personnel
certifications and training requirements
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in behavioral/mental health counseling from an
accredited institution
Unrestricted mental health or social work license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and leading training
programs for call center or behavioral health operations
Proficiency in electronic learning systems and Microsoft Office
tools
Ability to pass background checks and credential verification
