Develop DEI sourcing strategies in collaboration with Sourcers and
Hiring Managers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in
high-growth, tech-enabled companies
Experience functioning as a business partner to hiring managers
Understanding of inclusive and structured hiring processes
Ability to analyze sourcing statistics and pipeline pass-through
rates
Creative and resourceful in sourcing top talent
