A company is looking for a Front End Lead Software Engineer -
Staff.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive reusable, reliable, and scalable front-end
architectures across the platform experiences
Lead design and development of shared UI components and design
systems, focusing on accessibility and maintainability
Optimize user-focused performance across browsers and devices,
collaborating with design and product teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in front-end engineering with deep knowledge
of JavaScript and familiarity with multiple frameworks
Expert-level understanding of browser fundamentals including HTML,
CSS, and performance tuning
Demonstrated experience architecting and maintaining
component-based design systems
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align
multiple teams around technical direction
