Job Description Job Description Paralegal Commercial Litigation Paralegal We are a cohesive and collaborative boutique firm corporate law firm looking for a paralegal to join our Newport Beach office. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our legal team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of legal tasks, including complex litigation matters. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and filings Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases Assist in the preparation for arbitration and litigation proceedings Manage case files and maintain organized documentation Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Paralegal certification preferred 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Experience with complex litigation and arbitration processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
