Job Description Job Description Position: Inventory & Logistics Associate (1st Shift) Schedule: 1st Shift - 8:00 AM start time Status: Resume submission and interview required Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials; issue materials to production as needed. Create and maintain jobs/work orders in ERP for production builds, special projects, and replenishment. Coordinate outside processing and subcontracting activities, including material transfers to suppliers and receiving processed parts. Prepare and process shipping documents for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with carrier, customer, and regulatory requirements. Support import/export compliance, including maintaining HTS, ECCN, COO records and assisting with customs documentation. Assist with freight bookings and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve material issues.
