Description
Assist patients with Billing and Collection calls, answer their
calls timely and provide resolution. Provide excellent customer
service to patients, insurance and our doctors. Analyze data to
determine accurate payments and dispute underpayments. Resolve
accounts in a timely manner. Escalate trends to director and
manager to track root causes.
