Key Responsibilities

and coaching to clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a
unique and tailored experience
Collaborate with the growth team to share insights that aid in
marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of experience in career counseling
Availability during evenings and weekends
Experience working with clients in their mid to late careers
A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related
field
Former experience as a recruiter is a plus
