Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide
telephonic support to individuals in emotional distress, working
fully remote from New Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with individuals over the phone to provide support and
assess risk
Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace to ensure
confidentiality
Document interactions accurately and assist callers in developing
coping strategies and safety plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or
university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social
Services
Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a
related field
Experience in crisis support or similar roles is highly valued
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
