A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all phases of loan closings, ensuring compliance with
regulations and company policies
Review and audit loan files for data integrity and compliance,
delivering accurate closing documentation
Maintain communication with internal and external associates
regarding the status of loan files
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Three years of experience in mortgage loan closing across all loan
types
Experience in preparing loan closing documents for sale to multiple
investors is preferred
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is
required
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be
considered
