Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter (Remote in ID and
MT).
Key Responsibilities
Provides underwriting support, counsel, and authorization for real
estate title insurance commitments and policies
Utilizes underwriting standards and guidelines to underwrite the
issuance of title insurance
Offers guidance in the performance of real estate settlement
services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
8-10 years of title underwriting experience
Familiarity with real estate law
Excellent understanding of real estate title and settlement
processes
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to real estate
title insurance and settlement services
