Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and execution of Care Management
processes
Manage documentation queues and assist in monitoring clinical
information
Provide clerical support and excellent customer service to internal
and external customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of administrative support experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Medical terminology knowledge base
