Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a core set of suppliers and follow up on open purchase
orders
Build relationships with suppliers, end users, and other
stakeholders to ensure accurate procurement status
Collaborate with stakeholders on delivery expedites and
problem-solving initiatives
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in expediting and/or procurement
Knowledge of the procurement cycle, including tangible deliverables
and intangible services
Experience with SAP is preferred but not required
A BA degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred, but
experience may substitute
Ability to lead without authority and work effectively in a hybrid
environment
