A company is looking for an AVP Business Development for the
East Coast Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Mid Market Business Development frontline managers
to drive profitable growth
Integrate planning efforts and allocate resources effectively to
meet strategic objectives
Develop and coach management and sales teams to maximize their
potential and ensure revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with 5+ years in
leadership/sales management
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on financial and
career growth
High level of business acumen and advanced selling & negotiation
skills
Strong management skills for mentoring and coaching sales
leaders
