Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Administrator I.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming service orders and billable orders
Manage and maintain service contracts throughout their
lifecycle
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate financial data and
compliance
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications
Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP is a plus
Good organizational and time management skills
