Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Specialist (Juris Doctor) for
a contract position that is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients through
various communication methods
Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and
correspondence teams
Assist the supervisor or Project Manager in resolving issues and
monitor the overall health of cases
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited school or a foreign degree
Flexible and customer service-focused
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access,
and Outlook
Ability to handle changing or competing priorities to support
business needs
Strong technical orientation and exceptional planning and
organizational skills
